Hello. I'm Miss Cadervaloo Darshinee. I am willing to teach Chemistry to O-level and A-level students as well as Mathematics and Additional Mathematics to O-level students.
I'm currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) course with specialization in science at lower secondary level and Chemistry at upper secondary level.
I recently graduated with a degree with honours in Chemistry at the University of Mauritius.
During my years at university, I had the opportunity to have a 6-weeks training at a State Secondary School in Chemistry from Grade 7 to Grade 13, from which I gained experience in teaching different students and how to proceed with each one as an individual. I have been teaching online with A level Chemistry students as well as Grade 8 and 9 students since February 2021. Using learner centered approach most of the time, providing support to my students.
I would be happy to teach via an online platform such as Zoom or Google Meet.
I am mostly for the idea that practice makes perfect and the amount of effort put into achieving the final results is by far the most important aspect of teaching and learning.
