I currently teach the ACCA Advanced Financial Management (AFM) module. The Advanced Financial Management exam is designed to replicate the role of a senior financial executive or advisor and prepares candidates to advise management and/or clients on complex strategic financial management issues facing an organization.

This opportunity has deeply enhanced my presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills as well as honing my ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner. It has also presented opportunities for mentorship beyond the classroom context.

My greatest achievement has been delivering consistent outstanding pass rates of up to 50% above the ACCA Global Average. These pass rates have been among the highest in the department contributing to Strathmore's ACCA Platinum Approved Learning Partner standard status.

In December 2019, I produced a global award winner (Top in Kenya, 14th in the world). In 2019, I registered the highest pass rate in Kenya in December 2019 sitting for the Advanced Financial Management (AFM) exam.

These consistent high pass areas have increased my (evening) class size from 15 students to more than 30 students consequently increasing revenue for Strathmore University.
