Dance Dancer and Performer from 9 Years, Dance instructor and choreographer from last 3 years. Also specialized in body weight workout, calisthenics workout, core strengthening, starching and body flexibility. 1 Hour Dance sessions will divide in 3 parts, starting with 5 min warm up then 15 starching/strengthening (according to the need of dance choreography) and 40 min dance session.
Fitness For beginners starting with 3 sessions a week. Will develop basic strength and body flexibility in the first month and then move forward to targeting particular muscles group each day. If you want big muscles then this workout is not for you. Join only if you want athletic fit body and healthy life style
