I am a full time faculty member and researcher at a reputable engineering university. Before starting my teaching career, I worked with multiple engineering organizations and gained a good insight of how theory and practicality can be mingled to solve real time engineering problems. My teaching techniques are a bit unorthodox. I love to solve problems and try to develop problem solving skills in my students. I teach them how to approach a problem rather than how to solve it. Because if you approach a problem with right perspective and from right direction, solution is quite easy.

    Gained hand-on experience of solving real time engineering problems encountered in mechanical industry.
    Worked in the maintenance department and was involved in predictive and preventive maintenance.
    Developed risk-based forecasting for service parts based on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Better than Most.

Nouman is very flexible to work with and can manage any time schedule I tell him. He has a better grip on mechanical subjects such as Finite element analysis, than most of the other teachers available.

I would definitely be working with Nouman again.
