I have been a teacher at all levels of education and believe that the IB is the best choice for university preparation and for preparation for future careers. It supports the development of skills that will become a part of your toolkit. I love words. I wish to share that love of language with my students. I wish to bring texts and words to life and make them relevant to a student's life. I teach the importance and process of writing academic English. I am sensitive to learning styles and work to adapting lessons to a preferred style but encourage taking risks and trying something new. I want the student to do well, feel good about themselves, strive to achieve the best. I have never lost a student in the IB and have never had less than 5/6. Also, I can help with extended essays.

    I was both an English IB teacher and TOK plus the IB coordinator at this school in Cairo. I was the first coordinator in this new IB school and increased the student numbers from 10 to 60 in the first year with very successful scores
