First thing I want to tell about myself is, "Iam a good yoga practitioner and as well as a yoga trainer"
● Present am working as a yoga teacher at "Arunayoga Training and Research Institute" which was located in madhapur, Hyderabad.
> I am qualified "Ugc Net" in yoga for twice/ 2 times (Asst. Prof)
I am participated "All india yoga competitions" in yoga which was held in Bhubaneswar.
> And also am a "gold medalist" in pg diploma in yoga...
> I can teach yoga in traditional method, which was followed by our guru parampara.
> Before going to start yoga, I teach them to basic rules and regulations..
> And before going to teach yoga to others I will enquire that, is he or she suffered any diseases before, and I will ask to them for "what purpose you want to do yoga...Either for physical health or mental health"...
> In my each and every yoga class I definitely teach "asanas, pranayamas, relaxation techniques and meditation"..
And I will explain them to the role of food habits while practicing yoga.
> If they interested to learn advanced yoga techniques, am ready to share with them....Which may includes advanced asanas, kriyas, mudras and bandhas etc which I have learnt from my gurus..
> I can teach everyone based on their body condition...And also in a systematic way...
My intention is to everyone should get the maximum benefits of yoga..
> I will teach them to - " If you do yoga systematically then you will be benefited. otherwise you will get some problems while doing wrong practices"..
