I am Maryam Saif from Pakistan. I believe every child is brilliant there is a need to know the capabilities of child first and then to work accordingly. A teacher has 100 ways of teaching students Which vary child to child. I first get to know the kind of student I deal with in my first few classes and then decide which strategy is to be used. I must consider student's feed back or the way he thinks suit to him. Available to help them completing their assignments as well. I try to impart best of my knowledge and help them to achieve best grades.
