I have been teaching for last 22 years, my 2 sons never went to any classes in school even for 10 and 12th. they both were toppers in schools, later, one graduated from IIM and the other one from IIT. I emphasize and work on concept building of the student. Those who fear maths and science will eventually fall in love with these subjects. Study is made fun with me. I work on the weaknesses and convert them into strength and thus improve ones capability. I am never a 'sir' for my student but a friend and a guide.

I tutor many kids from Europe too and they study and joke with me during the class. They have improved considerably in few months of tutoring with elimination of fear of maths.
