❖The flow of practice synchronises postures with the breath. Which involve standing asanas, sitting asanas, twists, balances, core-strengthening postures, backbends, surya namaskaras with mantras, and inversions, etc.
❖Observe the inner transformations after each class, which help in excellent health and wellbeing.
❖ Each class will end with an extended period of guided relaxation and pranayama or meditation.
