    ❖ Experience the fundamentals of traditional yoga.

    ❖This class is based on the traditional parameters of yoga, which are steadiness, comfort, breath, and unwavering focus on breath. 

    ❖ Each session is customised to the individual's requirements for enhancing body movements.

    ❖The flow of practice synchronises postures with the breath. Which involve standing asanas, sitting asanas, twists, balances, core-strengthening postures, backbends, surya namaskaras with mantras, and inversions, etc.

    ❖Observe the inner transformations after each class, which help in excellent health and wellbeing.

    ❖ Each class will end with an extended period of guided relaxation and pranayama or meditation.
