I am tutoring since last 18 years .I started tutoring when I was a mere first year student but after coming from a hardcore British convent school what I have understood even at that point as well that students need personalised tutoring and customised teaching and throughout my tutoring career I gave importance to that aspect .Like for a student with bad vocabulary in English,inspiring him or her to use a source that he or she prefers (most of them do not have the habit of outside reading so either its mobile or laptop for them but for counted hours as per my suggestion ) to enhance their word collection .I prefer discussion of topics with students as that helps them to create their own perspective so that they can write their own answers while I check them .Doubt clearing class and revision tests are there accordingly .I can not give assurance of great marks but I can assure you of giving knowledge and can teach you the right way to implement it .Rest be assured marks will come naturally .

    I worked as full time teacher for 5 years,however I had to leave the job due to some physical issues though that 5 years helped me to enhance my passion towards tutoring as I understood how much the young generation is in need of pschycological understanding from us, the teachers .They respect but they do not question,they do not try to gather knowledge rather they are being forced to run behind marks .Thus I give importance on customised tutoring so that student finds a comfort zone with me and gather some knowledge .
