I have a PhD on Sustainable Futures from the Institute for Sustainable Futures, University of Technology Sydney. I have more than 15 years professional experience in the field of water, energy and the environment and worked internationally. I have taught environmental and structural engineering for about two years to undergraduates as a teaching assistant from 1994-1996 when I was doing my Masters in Civil/Environmental Engineering in BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology). I am also very good in mathmatics and can write very good reports. I have given several lectures at international level recently during my PhD. I am very loving and caring of students. I have strong communication and leadership skills and I am a very good mentor. I have mentored even at higher education level. I can create interactive teaching environment by engaging students in groups and folloing other methologies such design thinking and mind mapping and making powerpoint presentation. I am flexible and understnd the needs of different students. I provide not only academic education but also moral education for the students. I am very resourceful, dedicated and goal oriented. I am interested to teach on water and wastewater/recycled water treatment and technologies, systems thinking, climate change, sutainability, water-energy nexus, Urban Metablolism, Designing Urban Futures and Transdisciplinary or transformational studies.
