I have completed Bachelor and Master of Engineering from Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur, Howrah, and awarded a PhD from IIT Kharagpur in the year 2000. I have Twenty years of research, industry, and academic experience. I have worked in different capacities as an Academic Coordinator, ISO Coordinator, Head of the Department, and Dean with various Institutions and Universities. The passion is teaching and handled subjects like Engineering Mechanics, Material Science, Mechanics of Materials/Strength of Materials, Kinematics of Machines/Theory of Mechanism, Dynamics of Machines, Finite Element Analysis, Design of Machine Elements, Thermodynamics, Engineering Graphics, Vehicle Dynamics. Being a teacher is not an easy task. Teaching profession brings with it lots of responsibilities and challenges. Being an honest and experienced teacher, I always enjoy interacting with young minds. I generate curiosity in the student's minds and make them eager to know the unknowns. But there is nothing wiser than teaching. It is the way of motivating and shaping the character as well as the future of a student. My teaching experience as an undergraduate teacher is of great fun and challenge. I create an interest among the students about subjects (Mechanical Engineering subjects) by providing practical scenarios, the students start feeling confident in me. That gives confidence to me as a teacher and the teaching-learning session has become effective.
