I teach seeing myself at your level. Always motivate the students to have the initiative and streching themselves more. i always corelate the concept with practical application and many a times i try to make analogies of the difficult concept with simple. and sometimes lame example . my rule is simple let the student do mistake doing mistake are better than giving them direct conclusion and making them by heart the stuffs.perhaps in my lifetime i newer have asked to mug up the concepts without having understood it.
Quite a few of my students have already into engineering, medical courses. Also I've thought and motivated some students who were about to leave the education or some of them lacked the motivation to study and move ahead.
