Hello this is kausumi ghosh who is not only a budding sociologist but also constantly learning every now and then.I did my graduation in sociology from lady brabourne College and completed masters from Calcutta university with first class(69.90prcnt).My teaching skills include that I try to create a friendly environment for the students so that they can share their thoughts and knowledge too.I will also try to include interactive sessions for the students by giving them various assignments.I believe teaching is a two way process which also includes discipline and time management.i teach my students how to learn and not what to learn.I will not only help with their assignments but will also help with their projects and dissertations .Since my special paper was industrial sociology and organisational sociology I have huge interests in research.My core skills include not only passion for teaching but also communication adaptability .I try to teach my students to gain confidence with their knowledge by making them revising a particular concept again and again.i try to interpret and rethink about a particular concept that I wish to teach.Besides preparing for exams first and foremost I try to inspire my students to learn.

    Hello this is kausumi ghosh who is not only a budding sociologist but also constantly learning every now and then.I have worked part time since 5 years .My experience have taught me a great deal of discipline and time management.My teaching skills include that I try to create a friendly learning environment for the students so that they can share their thoughts and knowledge too.I feel that teacher should act as a guide to allow the student to choose his or her method of learning. He or she should share his experiences which give them vital life lessons.Everytime when I teach I try to interpret and rethink about the concepts.I teach my students to know how to learn not what to learn.My duration of teaching depends not only on the subjects that I will teach but also upon the students.
