 Currently working as Senior BIM Lead with one of the biggest Electrical Contractor Company in Bay Area.
 10+ Years of experience in implementation of BIM in a large multi-disciplinary multinational company for its India, US, Canada in Electrical Design & coordination of MEP services. Able to work in cooperation with other building services and understanding relevant building codes, legislation and regulations.
 Implemented various Electrical projects from the Designing phase till co-ordination process.
 Currently handling 4 projects in which 2 of them are in Designing phase and 2 of them in co-ordination phase.
 Handling a team size of 6 members to assign tasks and regularly check their activities based upon the project requirements.
 Coordinate technical discipline BIM development, standards, data requirements, etc. as required with the Design team BIM Manager.
 Managing and editing of Revit models & Revit Electrical Families in compliance with standards and detailing practices.
 Responsible for BIM designs tasks given to the team.
 Working on LOD 300, 350, and 400.
 Attend meeting for internal coordination with site/tender team members and cascade information to the team as required for the successful completion of the project.
 Review and monitor the production of models to maintain quality and accuracy.
 Having experience in Designing, Developing and Drafting Electrical General Arrangement Drawings, Single Line Diagram, Electrical Control circuit, Power Circuit, Interlocking Schemes and logical Diagram Drawings.
 Having experience in Developing Electrical Database Library (Includes creation of Symbols, defining manufacturer parts with appropriate attributes and Developing Electrical Components Models.
 Having experience in Power & lighting Circuiting using Revit with creation of Panel Schedules followed by Voltage Drop calculations, Wire size report, Load Calculations using DM Electrical.
 Helping General Foreman to create markup drawings with the help of Single line Diagram with proper routing path and conduit Sizes.
 Handled Various CAD projects for our regular corporate clients.
 Creating Project templates with proper company standards related to Panel Schedules, Electrical settings, Sheets naming convention, conduit sizes etc.
 Setting up new projects in Revit for Drafters and Designers using Autodesk A360 with proper project Template, company standards & Revit standards.
 Delivered several Revit, CAD, NavisWorks & implementation training workshops to General Foremen & our internal Team members.
