Hello, my name is Teacher Janice!
I love teaching very much. I always want to share my knowledge to my students. I have a flexible teaching method. I am able to teach young learners to adult learners.

For Primary/Beginner:
To attract them I always make sure that my class flow is lively and energetic. I use props, puppets, play video songs or any games related to the lesson. Use simple translation. Basically, guide the students in their lesson in a friendly manner.

For Secondary
I encourage the students to read clearly and understand the lesson based on their capability. Correct the students in an appropriate manner. I give more examples and knowledge extensions to make the lesson more clear.

For Adults/Professional
I lead them to explore the lesson with full understanding. Guide them in reading ask the students for other examples related to the lesson.

Overall, flexibility in teaching should be applied all the time. I give all my heart to help my students.
Give them kind words and motivation on how to showcase their talents especially in learning English to the best way that they can just add more patience in studying.
