Teaching is dedicated profession and good teacher should understand the need of every student and deliver the lecturer accordingly. My way of teaching is based on explaining the things practically and how the concepts applied correctly in industry and day by day life. So teaching things with practical application will provide thorough knowledge on students. Solving more Numerical problems is important. Giving more assignments and guiding the students is my approach. I will ask more questions to the students while teaching that will make them to think and create interest on the subjects
