Many talented Web designers and developers find teaching beginners to be tedious and difficult. Part of the problem is that a high-level developer knows so much information without realizing it. When was the last time a professional seriously had to think about syntax, file management, the order of styles in a style sheet, the correct markup for a page and so forth? Professionals encounter these issues many times per day, but they are all new to the beginning student. Steps i follow while teaching coding classes:
1. Provide an overview
2. Write code with the class
3. Write code a little at a time, slowly making the examples more complex.
4. Ask questions along the way
5. Giving Assignments on based on real-time applications.

I spend most of my time researching how to make learning to code fun and make hard concepts easy to understand. I apply everything I discover into my classes. you'll find lots of geeky humour but also lots of explanations to make sure everything is easy to understand.
