Really really really bad

This is really disguisting ! I came on this website to find tutor for electrical machines and i am feeling cheated . I gave him an assesment worth 80 marks of my final grade and i even didnt get single answer. I dont think this guy know anything about engineering . Flexible and trustworthy
Firstly I communicated with him 14 hours before final test and he managed to solve mechanics of fluids in the half of the test which means that he is fast .
