My teaching style emphasizes on students’ understanding and not rote learning.
My Students who put in effort to learn math not by drilling do well in national examinations.
As an experienced teacher, I am able to give students extra practice questions and also summary of topics depending on student’s weaknesses and strengths.
My classes in my teaching career obtained the highest quality grade in the cohort.
Best practices pedagogy that I employ would be to inculcate the ability to ask questions and approaches to problem solving. This empower students to be self-directed and independent learner.
