As an Engineer, and Engineering tutor i am student oriented impacting knowledge and skills from the first principles to the current problem. From this my students are in a position to understand what they are being taught and what they are handling.
I belive in step by step teaching techniques with actual real life examples and problems that we 000handle with my students. Before the end of each lesson i always give my student problems that they attempt to gauge there understanding on the taught concepts. After their attempt we go through them again together highlighting the main concepts i needed to pass to them. I allow my students to ask questions during my teaching making my class very interractive which i believe made me the most loved structures lecture within the institution and outside in the industry where my students shine.i am always open for questions from my students any time. I have also guided my students in the latest civil Engineering software for analysis and design, to ensure that they get Knowledge and skills that are globally competitive. For asignments and research i always guarantee my students, error free, quality and timely submission
