I'm Rabia Usman I have been working for the past 3 years, I'm very vigilant towards my work.
I am very disappointed with the current teaching system most of our teachers usually just throw the assignments without actually caring that the student understood what the lesson was. I wanted to play my part and teach the students the skills I have in a manner I'm sure they will love and learn. My manner of teaching includes the perfect balance of explanation and assignments. I don't like to put the burden on my students because they are here to learn not to be under mental stress all the time. I like working in a friendly environment where the student is comfortable enough to question and clear their queries.
