I strongly believe that educators play a huge role in their learner's success. Therefore, I put a lot of focus in understanding their needs and also coming up with teaching methods that help in dealing with their needs. As a tutor, I manage to develop perfect relationships with my learners and that has been of great help since it makes learning easy. I also come up with methods that keep my students engaged. When learners are engaged in the classroom, it increases their attention and it also makes them more interested to learn. Engaging the students is also important since it ensures that the learners are actively involved in their learning. I also allow for my students to make mistakes since it is through the mistakes that they get to learn. When students are allowed to make mistakes, the learning process becomes easier since it motivates them to try out new things without the fear of failure.
