I can adapt to various learning styles, depending on the needs of the student. I always try to keep classes dynamic, with maximum participation of student. Practice has to be accompanied by level-appropriate corrections... and more and more practice!
Lessons are structured with an initial review, presentation of new content, and practice and production by the student. Communicative method gives very good results for all who want using the language in a large range of real situations.
For better and faster learning I always recomend doing reading, grammar exercises and writing as homework as more as possible, to be corrected later by the teacher.
Each learning objective needs an adaptation of methodology. In the case of exam preparation, fir example, it is necessary to work with real exams in ordet to stablish a proper strategy according to its structure. In the case of specialized language, such as business, academic, or professional language in general, topics, notions and functions should guide the preparation of roll-plays and simullations ones the student has practiced with the vocabulary and the appropriate expressions.
