Hey, This Nutrition and Fitness Program is created by two people Sister and Brother, Kawalpreet Kaur as a Certified Evidence Based Nutritionist and Amarpreet Singh as a Exercise Trainer, Yogasan & Meditation Practitioner, Bhangra Dancer and Karate Player deals in weight loss and weight gain management. We want to be with each one of you who decides to change their lifestyle for the better.

In Today's busy life we neglect our health, we don't pay attention to our nutrition and fitness and as a result of that in the longer run most of us end up paying the bills of the hospital but don't you think it just makes common sense that it is much easier to maintain our health than to try to regain it after it has been lost.

Our purpose of making this Nutrition and Fitness program is to help people to reduce weight loss and gain weight. Our motto is

Gold Medalist in World Kata Championship held in 2020 from JustoGomez Academy, (International Traditional Karate Federation, Traditional Karate Federation of India.)
Bronze Medalist in Asia Kata Championship held in 2020.
