The best way to teach a student is to train him with practical knowledge rather than inculcating theoretical aspects. I have been teaching students with hospital administration background since three years. As i m a senior executive hospital-QA & Accreditation myself, I can provide many related examples in addition to all the theoretical aspects. Experience

  • Senior Executive- Hospital Quality Assurance & Accreditation (Jun, 2018–Present) at KIMS ICON hospital, Visakhapatnam
    • Coordinate with staff of Quality department for all the activities.
    • Capture data for the Indicators of Quality department.
    • Analysis of Quality Indicators from various departments in the hospital.
    • Active case sheet audit based on the defined parameters.
    • Reporting of the data on case sheet audit.
    • Carry Department audits to ensure compliance of the Quality requirements
    • Reporting of the rounds and departmental observations
    • Conduct trainings to the staff on mandatory trainings. Participate in re-orientation sessions to the staff
    • Prepare training modules on different topics. Make presentations wherever required.
    • Implement International patient safety goals. Develop a mechanism for capturing data. Reporting of the data
    • Responsible for all committee meetings. Ensure the committee is met as per the defined periodicity, document minutes of meeting and follow-up for action points discussed
    • Trainings of staff on occupational hazards.
