The bond between a teacher and a student should always be like the one whom the students can trust. The teacher should be patient regarding the mindset of the students and should always look after the needs of the same.
My personal method of teaching would be based on a simple fact of being a friend with the student. But of course maintaining a line. Being a friend and being like one has a lot of difference.
I personally believe that this friendly nature would help a teacher to have a good relationship with the student and the child would be happy enough to share his /her doubts more fluently.
Education is not only the knowledge about the matters in a book but also the experience that you gain throughout your life. I will try my level best to keep the students informed about the latest happenings of the exams now a days and would also ensure that the student would get the best out of it.
