Doreen Conversational English (ESL) and dyslexic students
No reviews yet

My name is Doreen and I have a degree in Psychology. I make use of my degree while teaching. I am a very patient individual ( I would like to believe). I am always happy and always hope to bring life to the class session. I make use of different approaches while teaching which includes videos, power-point presentations, songs and conversations to help the student master concepts. I believe that every one is different and it is important to not use the same approach in teaching with everyone. Some students understand through reading so it is important to focus on that but not limit it to just that. It is important to also make things interesting.I always want to keep the student motivated through giving tasks with different difficulty levels. I believe that feedback is important so I always make sure I give feed back after a given period which can be two weeks, a month or after every three months. I hope to hear from you and be able to meet you so that we have our sessions.

Fee details

    US$615/hour (US$615/hour)

Fee varies based on a number of factors. These include: number of students, time of day and what the student is willing to pay. If it's more than one student the fee increases and I normally get to a maximum of 3 students online that I can manage. If the classes are conducted at (my) night the fee increases as well. If it's deep into the night, the fee also increases. In some instances, the student might be willing to part with a bit more.
