I am a doctorate in Energy Management with 18 years of academic experience in Teaching, evaluating, counselling, mentoring, scheduling classes for undergraduate & post graduate students in their academics in the field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Had been guiding UG & PG students in their Project work, coordinating in conduction of various workshop for students at national level & was convener for a national level workshops held at college level.
Because of Covid -19 and online classes conducted by school, tuitions trend had risen in last two years. Students find it difficult to follow the subject matter in online class conducted for a batch of 40 students.
I had been taking up one-o-one ONLINE /OFF LINE tuition since last 2 years to facilitate these students and had been good at it.
Since my work experience is similar to your requirement, I think I can justify my role in the right manner. My ambition is to see students develop in the right manner by strengthening their roots. Students happen to be the root foundation of any country which will help flourish the tree called the Nation.
Time management, team work, discipline, self-control, positive energy, attitude, hard work, care & concern for others, respect & love for fellow workers, positive approach towards the students is required to handle these responsibilities. I am sure, I possess these qualities & can do justice to the responsibility given to me.
