A great listener with good communication skills, a relaxed style and an interactive approach to teaching, My teaching style includes a lot of real-life examples from my own extensive business leadership experience with MNCs and SMEs, making studies enjoyable and interesting, ensuring the core of the course content is covered with a lot of practical knowledge and regular question & answer sessions ensuring the student is engaged and understands the subject matter well. The general methodology is to 1) Understand the exact syllabus/course content to be covered 2) Understand and appreciate the capabilities of my students and their pace of understanding and grasping of the subject material 3) Adapting the pace of studies accordingly to ensure the student absorbs and understands the key concepts thoroughly ensuring there are no gaps in his/her knowledge and 4) Ensuring the course content is fully covered to satisfy the needs of my student whether he/she wants to complete just the course and/or also pass the exams with flying colours!
