I am a professional teacher who strife's to met the required target. I used interactive methodology of teaching where I let my students to participate in the teaching learning process. I also encourage my student to studies using simple methods of learning that leads to easy understanding of the taught content. Such methods include, making simple notes that give insight of the lesson learnt, teaching students based on practical examples and do a follow up after each lesson. Am a very accommodative teacher who believe in every student. I always supplement my teaching with random assessment test to ensure students understood the content taught.
Am a results oriented person who would go an extra-mile to ensure that my learners have all posted good results upon the end of the term or the learning period. I also ensure that my teaching strategies are learners centered in that I ensure that all the needs or interest of all learners are catered for to ensure smooth learning to all students. Towards the end of each learning module, I always prepare a final assessment test to test their understanding. This would show that effective learning has been achieved if 90% of the student pass in that assessment.
