I have completed my B.SC Naturopathy and Yogic Science in Sri sri University, Bhubaneswar and also YIC. along with M.SC in Yoga therapy from S-VYASA in bengalore. I conduct the class through online and offline also and deal with different diseases such as obesity, stress reduction, improving immunity insomnia, weight loss, diabetes, Arthritis, back pain and prenatal and postnatal yoga,etc through therapeutic yoga, breathing exercises, pranayama and meditation also.
