A scammer who makes money off of you

Not an expert in his field at all, but a pure scammer
He says that he knows all the subjects, during your check he takes a lot of time saying that he has a business now and he is on the street. Asks for payment immediately and not after the release of the results. He screwed up with subjects like "Electronic system", "Signal analysis", "Linear algebra" and even "Computer architecture".
Stay away from this rooster, he did not return my money, let him choke on it.
