I have been a BPO Industry for more than 5 years and have taught how to handle customers in a different way and in a different chracteristics. Same way as a teacher. A teacher can handle different kind of students and willing to teach the best that they can be. I am not a teacher graduate but I am willing and love to teach and share my knowledge in English. Being a BPO agent or a Call Center agent is not easy. Patience and kindness is the ability that I can be. Teaching is my favorite hobby but for some reason, I was not able to take the opportunity being a teacher. I decided to be part of this teaching industry because I love and wanted to help develop anyone who would love and wanted to know more in English in a proper way.
