I am a spoken English teacher as well as I teach English language also and I teach English literature as well for students. I often use teaching aids in my teaching sessions to make the lesson more easier and interesting for the students. As well as that I give homework for the students to check whether they have understand the lesson clearly . Not only that I give assignments to students to check the overall performance of students and I give them the relevant feedback. If I feel any student is not engaging in studies I will personally contact him or her and ask about any issues that he or she is undergoing. Physcology level of students is the most important fact to be checked before teaching. As well as that I do some brainstorming sessions before I start the lesson.
