I learn the students first to know the external habit and internal memory. I learn how the students react the teaching method and I change if it's not effective. I follow the method of school teacher or other teacher first. If they can't understand their teachers' method, I find out other method that will work. I'm learning the student all the time. Then I know about them nearly as their parents. But I always follow up with the parents. Though I understand the students, I always discuss with parents to keep moving forward.
