I am a Student Transformation, Employee Skill Development, Teacher Training Coach with 19+ years in the IT industry. I also handle corporate Agile Training and Faculty development programs on the technology and mindset transformation front.

I apply ancient practices, principles and working techniques in all of my workshops and is driven by practice than theory. Every activity will be practically demonstrated first before explaining any theory part of it. I have done lots of research on mindset and have discovered proven practices that enable the participants with a holistic transformative thought process.

This is 2 to 4 days intensive program for employees to drive performance at the workplace by improving their prana levels by applying proven ancient practices. The programs comprises role plays, team mindset, challenging the status quo and stretch of their limitations that helps them perform to their full potential. The workshop also will help you develop strategies for improvement and address any obstacle that are preventing them from reaching their goals.

Campus to Corporate (Transformative Journey to become Street-Smart): A Student mindset to a professional mindset transformation workshop that involves complete engagement, perception challenges, eliminating distractors, social media influencers and creating a roadmap to become better version of themselves.

Project, Program Management: Coming from a rich program management experienced having worked at customer sites in US, I have handled more than 40 workshops on developing skills for project management. The overall goal of the workshop is to help participants develop the knowledge, skills and tools needed to manage projects effectively and efficiently in a multi geographical environment. The workshop is 70% practice and 30% concepts. It is largely driven by practices that were already applied at the fortune 500 client sites.

Business Story telling workshop: This 100% action based workshop is designed to teach individuals and organizations how to effectively communicate their ideas, products, and services through storytelling. The workshop typically covers topics such as the importance of storytelling in business, how to structure and deliver a compelling story, and how to use storytelling to enhance marketing and branding efforts. During the workshop, participants learn how to identify the key elements of a story, how to use storytelling techniques to engage an audience, and how to create a narrative that effectively conveys their message through Role plays and activities.

The entire curriculum introduces simple, easy to action framework disciplines and tools that generates a paradigm shift in the way how teaching fraternity include creative techniques to discharge their duties and how students realize their creative thinking capacity to make learning more interesting.
