My goal as a private tutor is to develop a deep understanding and confidence in my student to answer exam questions and being able to tackle new and complicated problems. My experience has been that one-to-one personal tuition has an exceptional value to students owing to the ability to scatter the students’ personal barriers to learn in a way that lays the foundations for a valuable and lasting understanding of the subject.
My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible.
I have high experience in teaching pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, biochemistry for pharmacy and dentistry students.
