I have been teaching since six years and my teaching methodology includes introduction and explanation of the whole topic. After that I ask questions from learners to know about their understanding. Moreover, I also give a chance to students to ask questions so that their doubt may get clear. Furthermore, after the completion of a lesson I conduct an assessment on paper pattern.
In case the learner's result is not upto the mark I use to discuss the problem they're facing in that particular lesson and give them extra time so they may overcome their shortcomings. Most of my students passed with excellent marks in their examination. Usually their concepts are cleared.
