I am a vibrant individual who likes friendly and flexible atmospheres where students are able to demonstrate understanding or ask questions for clarity. I use mostly a leaner centred approach. Here students are meant to engage me while I guide their thinking in the right path towards achieving their desired goals. I do not in any case - especially for assignments - do the whole work for the students. They should be able to attempt or at least show effort then I can step in. My aim is to allow them an opportunity to try see what they know and how far they can go. But most importantly, I desire for them to be confident in themselves and to trust that they can achieve great things. One particular testimony is that of one lady whom I tutored in the English Language (I decided to take her alone outside my focal subjects then. I was focused on tutoring Biology and Chemistry) who had initially scored a D- in her high school finals. After tutoring her, she sat for her supplementary exams about 4 months after her previous finals and she was able to get a B+. I can assure all interested students that the experience will be worthwhile. I cannot wait to work with you!
