Good day! Based on my experience in public schools for almost 2 decades and a half. It is important to used teaching strategies suitable to the lesson and level of the learners. Applying interactive approach during the discussion can help to motivate and encourage students to participate actively during the presentation of the lesson.Know their intellectual capacity and ability. It is advisable to go down to their level to produce activities and worksheets suitable to them. Using instructional materials and videos will help also the learners to interact. By all means this is a part of innovation and integration
