Teaching students not only to obtain knowledge but to put in the effort to bring changes to themselves for self-growth and accomplishments. How is that possible? Through teacher-student interactions and evaluations. Getting to hear the views and ideas of students help to make teaching not tiring and boring but exciting. Though it is significant to impart knowledge, one's labour becomes futile when the student does not play the supposed role he or she should perform. One role is by making whatever that has been taught hearty. A greater part of the work I believe is done by a serious and visionary student.
