My name is Theja and am a Hospitality graduate. I am a good cook when it comes to South Indian and North Indian cuisines (Vegetarian only). I have been cooking since the last 5 years and teaching cooking online for 3 months. I teach both Savory dishes and Desserts. I start from the basics, then teach menu planning and finally prepare high quality dishes. I have basic knowledge of Continental cuisine as well. I experiment with different ingredients and try out new dishes. My specialty is Masala Dosa and Payasam.
