I believe that all students deserve a superior education. I have always let my lessons to be student centered such that my role is facilitation of the learning process .The greatest discovery of my teaching career is that every learner is unique and therefore the need to provide customised lessons to individual learner is paramount! I have always made my lessons lively and enjoyable through use of humour and student participation. This is the reason why I have have not only always produced the best results but also being voted as the best teacher in all the schools that I have taught. If there is the most fulfilling thing in my life as a teacher is seeing my students improve in their results in subsequent tests. Moreover I have always challenged my fellow teachers that it's one thing to expect good students but it's another thing to be a good teacher for every learner. Last but not least am always overjoyed when walking in the streets, malls and supermarkets then someone runs to me shouting happily "My teacher! My teacher! " That's why am called Mwalimu( kiswahili word for teacher)
