I believe learning is a gradual process which requires patience on both ends(teacher and student). However in my many years of teaching experience,I have come to realize that every student has his/her own pace and method of learning which if applied by the teacher will produce quick results in the students, bringing about mastery in the subject area because the leaning now becomes fun for the student.

    Developed curriculum and syllabus covering technical drawing and promoting the use of drawing softwares like
    Auto CAD and solid works.

    experience.

    1. Kept project on schedule and within budget while serving as project supervisor. 
    Drafted designs for class projects using hand drawing and AutoCAD software.
