As a teacher the first thing to be noted is the understanding level of the students, so to have that thoroughly present in my class I always stress the lessons on a great deal of interaction. These interactions will take place through a multiplicity of activities, observations( videos and audios), personal opinions and other general Q and A sessions.
For the sessions I will help the students reach their goals and rectify the problematic areas with the use of regular worksheets and additional notes from my side. Anywhere the student feels that they need detailed help for developing a better understanding will be supported with more materials till they are satisfied and has thus displayed significant progress.
In my duties I also maintain continuous follow up with the students so that they do not falter at any time with the task at hand and takes care of it immediately. I am also available outside of regular sessions for further doubt clearing and other issues that the students might face while going about the lessons.
