Kids are very familiar with technologies so technology-based learning will benefit them nowadays. Activity-based learning helps the children to learn the concepts clearly. Each child is unique and their skills are different, as a teacher it's important to find and encourage their skills/talents. Creating a fun-learning atmosphere will increase the sitting tolerance of the children.
Making the class interactive and interesting was always a challenge that inspired me to explore or think for alternatives instead of the conventional methods of teaching. Appreciation for the sincere efforts and acceptance of new ideas and open communication was a key factor to having a positive working atmosphere around me.

    I was so fortunate to work with an international school that is Cambridge affiliated for 2 years in the primary division. We have been provided with training sessions, daily -meetings before the class hours. Apart from academics, the school in which I have worked provides so many extra-curricular activity sessions like Art and craft, Zumba, Magic, Culinary, Sports, Life skills, personality development, and training foreign languages on weekly basis also live- interactive sessions with experts in many fields.
