My approach to teaching is seeking answers through well grounded thought-process. I emphasize putting knowledge into context giving suitable examples and making the concepts clear through well proved valid mechanism. Further understanding the concept through brainstorming and problem solving helps my students understand the topics in depth.
I apply creative visualization technique to make students the subject of Chemistry Assimilatory. Any chemical reaction is nothing but flow of electrons from one reactant to the other and if one can visualize this basic concept (through my signature teaching style), understanding the subject of chemistry is fun for life.
Apart from subject expert, I am a facilitator of learning. My unique style of discussion and teaching ensures bringing students at same page of understanding as of mine.
I find satisfaction from bright eyed and contented students after I complete a topic. A review from my students that " I go to all possible, to make the topic assimilatory for them" makes me unique and different from other subject experts.
