Teaching CBSE and ICSE English has been my forte for the past several years. I have successfully tutored students, who have scored above 90% in their Board as well as school exams. Students taught by me have improved in both written and spoken English and are now confident in further pursuance of their careers.
I have carefully designed and conducted my classes with innovative material and teaching techniques. I conduct regular assessments through various offline / online methods. I have been a CBSE subject evaluator for English. I have received the Best Teacher Award for my teaching methods and innovations. I lay stress on self expression rather than rote learning. I am sure students will benefit from my knowledge and experience and enjoy while learning.

    Taught English in classes VI to X (as TGT) and English, Maths, EVS and Computer in classes I to V (as TGT). Besides regular teaching, used on-line mode of teaching and assessment through Google, Microsoft etc. platforms. Used Google Slides/ PowerPoint, Google Docs, Canva etc. for content development.

    Handled major secondary duties/ posts which included editing as well as designing of School Magazine, designing/ planning of School Diary, designing of banners for Annual Function & Republic Day, grooming students for major inter-school competitions (viz. Spell Bee, Quiz, Read N’ Grow), coordinating important school events including Air Force Schools Principals’ Conference and independently handling School Library & Literary Club.
    Had been In-charge of the Examination Department and also the Disaster Management Team (work involved developing/designing emergency evacuation plan for entire school and conducting regular drills for students & staff).
    Was member of School Internal Assessment Committee for preparation of CBSE Board Exam Results (Class X) for AY 2020-21.
    Appointed as External Invigilator, Evaluator and Assistant Coordinator for CBSE Term I Board Exam (Class X & XII) for AY 2021-22.
    Appointed as STNC of AFS Vayusena Nagar to handle the training requirements of entire staff, coordinate with HUB and DTC schools, maintain records and upload data pertaining to Teachers’ Training (as per CBSE guidelines). Successfully organized and conducted in-house teachers’ training webinars during AY 2020-21 and 2021-22.
    Nominated as an Innovation Ambassador of the school and successfully completed all training modules conducted by CBSE with respect to above.
    Nominated as Teachers’ Representative in School Management Committee, member of School Interview Board and Staff Disciplinary Committee.
