20 years of experience has taught me that each student is different. Hence being a responsible teacher, I first understand an individual's learning needs and adapt accordingly

I firmly believe to teach the way an individual learns and am most flexible with my methods to get through to a student in a way that they are able to utilise whatever they learn as a life skill through their journey rather then just excelling a standardized test.

As a mentor, I am fully commited to work with the students to develop their 'Will to Excel and inculcate a permanent value system wherein they are forever motivated to Exceed their own Expectations'.

As a conscientious human and a parent I am true to my value systems and work most truthfully to pass on and deliver my best to the students.
